Assess the type of support needed, such as job readiness preparation, employment referrals, workshops, résumé development, or interview coaching. Offer recommendations on how to improve their professional profile and presentation. Refer participants to additional available services that match their background and goals. Maintain professional, empathetic, and confidential communication at all times. Preferred Qualifications:
Strong listening and communication skills. Basic understanding of job search processes and employment resources. Commitment to providing respectful, goal-oriented support.
